We are able to accurately survey, inspect, audit and verify existing installations to the manufacturers and British Standards. We can therefore ensure that the information we provide to you, fall’s in line with these standards and provides you with the accurate in-depth information you require.
We can compile a thorough, detailed, professionally presented report style audit or survey document that will allow you to ensure your current installation is compliant and meets the relevant standard. As part of this process, we can also carry out the above for new installations that are at proposal stage and therefore be part of the design and planning process.
Another common form of Inspection service is known as a Fire Risk Assessment that should be carried out annually by law for all commercial premises. This ensures that clients meet the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO) and remain compliant in order to continue operating safely as a business.
PTESL can carry out the FRA in line with the legal requirements, collate the information and record into a logical document. We can then advise the client what is required to rectify any breaches and provide a complete solution to the client’s requirements to become and maintain compliance.
